What this demonstration site is, what is real about it and what is not.
A demonstration website built with Airflow's standard website builder. No bespoke code, no special treatment — the same page types, design controls and booking engine that every Airflow host gets.
About this address
This site is on `demo.airflowhost.com` because it is a demo. Your site would be on your own domain name — one you already own, or one you buy anywhere you like. You point it at Airflow, the certificate is issued and renewed for you, and from then on nothing a guest sees mentions Airflow at all. Every Airflow site also gets a free `yourname.airflowhost.com` address to start on, so you can be live today and move to your own name later without rebuilding anything.
What is real
The website is real. The pages, the gallery, the design, the booking page layout, the availability calendar, the SEO — all of it is genuinely produced by Airflow from a property record, and it is genuinely live at this address.
What is not
The property. There is no house. The photographs are illustrations, the rates are made up, and the reviews are examples. It is written as a five-bedroom house on a creek purely so the pages have something realistic to show — an empty demo teaches you nothing.
Why the booking button goes somewhere else
Because you should be able to press it. Rather than let you start a booking against a house that does not exist, the button opens a fully sandboxed demo booking instead, where you can go through the whole flow — dates, guests, extras, payment, confirmation — without creating anything real.
The host profile below
That is a real Airflow feature, filled in with demo content. Every host can show their photo, how long they have been hosting, the languages they speak and how quickly they reply.
Want one of these?
The whole thing takes about five minutes to set up. There is a page on this site that walks through exactly what those five minutes involve.
